David Westman Posted February 8, 2022 Report Share Posted February 8, 2022 I have de-activated Nitro from my previous computer, but my new computer will not accept the information I have provided (e.g., serial number) in order to achieve activation. My annual subscription was renewed successfully less that a month ago so payment is not the issue. I have been VERY frustrated regarding my inability to talk with a "live voice" in order to get this situation resolved, and the website has not provided sufficient guidance. I plead with whoever receives this to contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org to hopefully arrange a time for someone to troubleshoot the problem and get my activation completed.
