Can't activate Nitro Pro 12 on new computer

I have de-activated Nitro from my previous computer, but my new computer will not accept the information I have provided (e.g., serial number) in order to achieve activation. My annual subscription was renewed successfully less that a month ago so payment is not the issue. I have been VERY frustrated regarding my inability to talk with a "live voice" in order to get this situation resolved, and the website has not provided sufficient guidance. I plead with whoever receives this to contact me at david@consultwestman.com to hopefully arrange a time for someone to troubleshoot the problem and get my activation completed. Absent that, the subscription is worthless and I'll be forced to dispute the credit card charge.

If you are getting the 'Nitro Pro Wizard has failed' message using our .exe package, it is because it requires a stable Internet connection to download installation files so please use offline English MSI packages:

x64 http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_12169574/en/retail/nitro_pro12_ba_x64.msi

After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro Pro, clicking on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate by entering the same serial number 234600-xxxxxx-989639
