Problem with Activation - Activation Site Can't be Reached

Hi,

I have a Nitro Pro 12 version on a Windows 10 HOme edition and I have the serial number of it too.

recently I have uninstalled the product and installed it again. After installation the product was loaded as Trial Mode and I tried to activate it.

during activation the activation process asked me to copy an Installation ID and go to this website : www.nitropdf.com/activation in order to enter the installation ID and the serial number in order to get an actiovation certificate but that website doesn't work and it can't be reached. 

please let me know how can I activate my Nitro 12.

Thank you for your message - I can help you out.

We have recently upgraded our activation servers. Please install the latest Nitro Pro 12 update (12.16.9.574) so you can reactivate successfully: 
https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads

Then activate with your Nitro Pro 12 serial number.
