PDF creation from Word does not preserve hyperlinks using Nitro Pro 13.2.3.26

Was this issue ever solved?  I am having the same issue in Nitro Pro 13 (13.2.3.26).

As part of the PDF creation (printing from MS Word) process, I am applying  PDF Security and allowing high res printing, commenting, filling in form fields and signing, but not copying.

Thank you for this information, Allain.  I did upgrade and tried again, but the result was the same.  Hyperlinks clickable in Word are not preserved on conversion to PDF.

In case the security settings mentioned above were interfering, I tried a test with no security settings applied, but the result was again the same.

Hello @Jonas Grant,

What is your workflow when converting to PDF?

Is it through MS Word's File > Print > Nitro PDF Creator?

Thank you very much in advance and I am looking forward to hearing back from you.

Hello @Jonas Grant,

Please open a Word document with hyperlinks using your MS Word application, go to Nitro Pro tab, tick 'Convert Links' then click the 'Create PDF' button.

Thank you for choosing Nitro and I hope this helps.
