Disabling 'Creating PDF' and 'File Conversion successful' popup box.

When converting MS Outlook emails to PDF, there is a popup box that appears for each and every email being converted. If there are several emails to convert, the popup's just keep coming. Is there a way to disable this popup box from appearing? I've looked all through the 'Preferences' and it is not apparent.
