Ken Johnsen Posted February 9, 2022 Report Share Posted February 9, 2022 Hi I am trying to re-activate V7 on a back up PC while the laptop with Nitro Pro is being repaired. I have the original CD and I cannot activate - when I submit s/n is say active and a cannot deactivate as I cannot select the device. I tried download a later version but when activating says s/n not recognized. I also cannot generate a certificate manually as browser point me to a website that wont load. We recommend to upgrade to our latest version, V13, which comes with significant stability and security improvements, as well as many feature enhancements, in particular in conversion and OCR functions.
