Using your Nitro Pro 10 serial number 234600-xxxxxx-875380, I got the below response from our Upgrade Portal:

"You’re eligible for a discounted upgrade to the newest version of Nitro Pro."

Could you please try again and ensure you entered the correct serial number?

I have Version 13 and it won't accept the serial number that was sent to me. I copied and pasted.
