I received an email offering me an upgrade, but when I looked for my serial number in HELP says 504956XXXXXXXXXXXX and so I can't get the upgrade website to work, why is this, and how do I get around it?

Looking at your serial number, you are already working with Nitro PDF Pro 13, our latest version.

Could you please provide a screenshot of the email content that is offering you to upgrade?

Thank you for the screenshot.

Looking at your account records, I can see older versions of Nitro Pro and we believe the offer was intended for them, not for your current Nitro PDF Pro 13.
