1. Your mail invited me to upgarde.

2. I am using Nitro Pro 13, bought in Dec. 2021.

3. Upon clicking link. it says" We were unable to validate your serial number."

4. Please let me know if NitroPro13  is eligible for upgrade.

Nitro Pro 13 is our current version so there is no upgrade available (to version 14)

However, if you want to get the latest Nitro Pro 13 update, you can go to this page to download the update: https://www.gonitro.com/product-details/downloads
