Upgrade failure

Received upgrade offer email from Nitro. Entered serial number was rejected. Confirmed serial number with Cleverbridge and Nitro Pro 13 help/about. Nitro Pro support was no help and sent me here. There doesn't seem to be anybody to talk to.

Since you are already working with Nitro PDF Pro 13 that was purchased from August of 2021, I believe the upgrade offer is intended to your old Nitro Pro 11.

Looking further on your account records, I can see you purchased Nitro PDF Pro 13 with Product Updates. This new purchase has a new serial number.

Would you like to request for a refund of this new purchase?
