Nitro PDF Pro and Nitro Sign offer different services. Nitro PDF Pro is the PDF application installed on the Windows machine, mainly used for creating and editing PDF documents, while, Nitro Sign is a web based e-signing solution which can be accessed at https://cloud.gonitro.com/

Please be aware that upgrading/updating the Nitro PDF Pro application will not change the features of your Nitro Sign account. Nitro Sign features are based on the plan assigned to the account.
