Nitro sits in the Taskbar when disconnected from docking station

I am having a similar issue. I use a dual screen setup with my docking station for my HP laptop. When connected to the docking station and using the two screens, Nitro Pro ver. 13 works fine. When I disconnect from the docking station and try to run Nitro on the laptop, I only see it in the taskbar and I am unable to open it on the laptop screen. Nitro Pro had worked fine in the past on this PC and this issue just started today.

Hello @Earl Marks,

Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums!

To further troubleshoot this rare behavior, please refer to these steps:

1. Try rebooting your machine.

2. If not fixed after rebooting, right-click Nitro Pro's desktop shortcut > Properties > Shortcut tab, under Run, select 'Maximized' and hit OK button.

3. If setting to 'Maximized' did not help, focus on Nitro Pro and perform the following:

   a. Click on it on the Taskbar > Press the Windows key + Left/Right arrow until Nitro Pro appears. What was the result?

   b. Right-click on it then select Move. Did it help?

   c. Open Task Manager, expand Nitro Pro then right-click 'Nitro Pro' > select 'Bring to front'. How did it go?

Thank you for choosing Nitro and I hope this helps.
