I could not find my serial number I found it on a tool that is part of Cleverbridge I entered it ( cut and paste ) and received the error message X2 We were unable to validate your serial number. Please ensure you entered it correctly. If you believe you are eligible for an upgrade, please leave a post on our Community Forum and update us with your issue. You are using Nitro Pro 13, the latest version.
