I purchased the Nitro Pro 13 Upgrade in September 2021 (Cleverbridge ref *) and have not been able to install it. Please contact me and advise.

Thanks for reaching out to us!

I sent your Nitro Pro 13 serial number via DM.

Please get the correct version 13 installer from this page: https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads
After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro, click on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate and enter your serial.

If you receive any error message, please provide a screenshot in your reply so we can assist you further.
