Nichol Cobaugh Posted February 12, 2022 Report Posted February 12, 2022 We have a business account with 50 users and need to activate asap - when individuals are logging in under the renewal it's asking for the serial # to validate the lic and we are not able to locate the serial # on any documentation we have and I'm an admin user. Please assist asap.
