Cathi Hight Posted February 12, 2022 Report Share Posted February 12, 2022 I purchased the upgrade, deactivated the prior Nitro Pro 12 application, tried to install the new one with the new serial number and it doesn't recognize the new number. Message received during installation is that the serial number does not exist. When I go to the Support page and enter the serial number, it looks it up and recognizes it. The page says if I deactivate, it will work. When I click on the deactivate button, message says to Select devices to deactivate, but there are no devices listed! I sent your Nitro Pro 13 serial number via direct message. Please get the correct version 13 installer from this page: https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro, click on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate and enter your serial.
