Version 13 on new computer won't activate

I do tech support for small businesses on of my customers has been using NitroPro based on my recommendation and got a new computer. He had recently paid his Nitro subscription. He deactivated Nitro on the old computer and tried to activate it on a new computer but it won't activate. He tried this forum and did not get a response. He is frustrated and planning to cancel the charge on his credit card for Nitro and give up. I would really like to help him get it activated and have left multiple message with Sales and have gotten no response. He does not have premium support and I can't find a way for him even to add this support. I have used Nitro for many years and like the product, but this also discourages me from suggesting it to people.

According to my customer the serial number is 234600-xxxxxx-989639, I need to contact him to get the error message
