Nitro Pro 13.16.2.300 Not printing to PDF and it stays in the print queue

I've been using Nitro Pro for years, no problem.  I had to subscribe again and just downloaded ver 13.16.2.300.  I can save from Word to Nitro Pro.  I can go to the tab in Word and save.  But when I print to Nitro pro it goes into the Queue and stays there.  I have to cancel the print.  I tried uninstalling the printer and reinstalling it.  Still doesn't work.  Help please.

Hello @Doug Moore,

Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums!

Looking at your account records, you purchased a Nitro PDF Pro 13 on March of 2021 and another one today.

Are you having issue printing to PDF on both of the installations? Do they have the same build?

Thank you very much in advance and I am looking forward to hearing back from you.

I received a notification from Nitro Pro that my subscription expired and I had to purchase a new one.  Why would I receive that if less than a year has gone by?  I installed the previous version.  It would print to Nitro Pro easily and reliably. This new version does not.

Thanks for responding...

Doug

Hello @Doug Moore,

It is possible that the upgrade offer is for an older version and not for the purchase you made on March 2021.

Could you please provide a screenshot of your 'About Nitro Pro' window under Help tab? This window should show the exact build of the program (format is 13.XX.X.XXX, e.g. 13.58.0.1180). The same information is available by going to Control Panel > Programs and Features.

To find out how to take a screenshot using Snipping Tool, check out this link: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/use-snipping-tool-to-capture-screenshots-00246869-1843-655f-f220-97299b865f6b

To send it via private message, hover your mouse on top of my name 'AllainU' and select 'Message'.

Thank you very much in advance and I am looking forward to hearing back from you.
