Issue finding serial number for Nitro PDF

Hi All,

Is there a way to recover the serial number for Nitro PDF?
It's already installed on a computer but we're wanting to move it to another device, we are however unsure of what the serial number is or how to recover it.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I am afraid I am unable to find purchase under your name or email address. In order to help you with your request, could you please provide the following information for me?

-The full name and address of the purchaser
-The email address used to purchase Nitro Pro
-A copy of the order invoice.
-A screenshot of your 'About Nitro Pro' window under Help tab? This window should show the exact build of the program (format is 12.XX.X.XXX, e.g. 12.16.9.574)
