Yesterday, our IT Dept. replaced my old PC with a new one and deactivated Nitro Pro on the old PC. I've tried all of the online help instructions to activate Nitro Pro on my new PC and can't get any of them to work. My serial # is: 23460x-xxxxxx-304325. Thank you in advance for helping me get Nitro Pro operational again on my new PC.
