I have attempted to request combining a writable PDF with Nitro sign. I need to have a PDF document sent to a client that contains form field for text, radio buttons for selections (that have corresponding valuations adding to a total), check boxes and then add a signature & date. Much like filling in a new account form or credit application and permitting the client to sign and return. is there a potential solution out there? There is no one to talk to "live".
