Md Abu Noman Jumaed
Hi There, We're having issues activating/deactivating Nitro pro 12 in our office network. After installation, trial is not activated and after inserting license key the app cannot communicate with the activation server. May be our firewall is blocking it somehow. So, we need all the URLs that the application tries to contact to activate the trial/license so that we can include them in our firewall exception list. Waiting for quick support. Thanks, Jumaed

Kind regards, Yes, I submitted a support case. But I did not get any specific answer. First they suggested to upgrade to v13 and then in another reply, the suggested the Manual process which is not I am expecting. Though, I've got these 3 URLs: http://www.gonitro.com/activation http://www.activationportal.me https://www.internetactivation.com If these are the URLs that the application uses, then it's good. I'll allow these urls in our firewall and try. If not, then please suggest the URLs that the application uses to connect and activate the product.
