Nitro Not Recognizing Serial Number

Hi:

I upgraded from Nitro Pro 12 to Nitro Pro 13. But when inputting the new serial number provided for Version 13, the software doesn't recognize it as a valid license. A message appears stating: "the serial number entered does not exist".

Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums!

Please ensure that you install the latest build of Nitro PDF Pro 13 using the installer found from the link below:

https://www.gonitro.com/product-details/downloads - Click the 'Download Nitro Pro 13' link. 

After the installation, launch the software then go to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro. The version and complete build should be 13.58.0.1180. Once confirmed, click the Activate button then enter your version 13 serial number. Click Activate to complete the activation process.
