Upgrade Nitro Pro v. 11 to v. 13

Hi there,

I need to reinstall Nitro PRO to a new notebook because the new one was stolen.

In stolen notebook there was Nitro PRO version 11, now there is Nitro PRO version 13 and I installed this one. The serial number of the previous installation isn't recognized anymore and If I try to upgrade it to vesion 13, it isn't recognized.

Please, how can I solve the problem?

In order to further assist you, could you please provide the serial number of your Nitro Pro 11?
