I am being getting the error 401 for the whole week every time that I was creating a document and all of the sudden the program crash, I sent several messages and the code was 401. Today I uninstalled and installed again and now it doesn't let installs. My serial code is 234600-xxxxxx-593522. Please help, I use the program on daily basis.
