Kyle Richardson Posted February 21, 2022 Report Share Posted February 21, 2022 I tried transferring Nitro to a new computer. Copy and past the S/N to the new computer in the Activate menu. It says S/N does not exist. I need someone to give me the S/N that was associated with my account. The S/N and Cleverbridge number I had saved could have been from an old account. Please advise. Is there a way you can email me directly? The last time I had an issue with this they were able to resolve this over the phone with a 5 minute phone call. Now it seems there is no phone support.
