Official Nitronaut Allain Umailin Posted February 28, 2022 Official Nitronaut Report Share Posted February 28, 2022 Hello @DORIAN DUKE, Looking at our server logs, the Nitro Pro 8 serial number 234600-xxxxxx-811457 has been deactivated because it was upgraded to Nitro PDF Pro 13 with serial number 504990-xxxxxx-988094 Since we no longer support Nitro Pro 8, you may just uninstall it through Control Panel\Programs\Programs and Features.
