I even deactivated the serial number and reactivated it. NOTHING happens-just like whne you try to get personal responses from Customer Service with this product. SO DISAPPOINTING! Is this issue happening to all the PDF documents you open in Nitro PDF Pro 13? Or, the issue is isolated to some files? If the issue is specific to a file, would you be so kind to share a copy so I can test it on my end? 2. Please try to download the attached PDF file then save it on your computer. Once saved, open it on your Nitro PDF Pro and let me know if the same issue occur. 3. If you launch Nitro PDF Pro (without opening a document) does it open? 4. Lastly, what is the complete build of your Nitro PDF Pro? This information can be located under the Help tab > About Nitro Pro.
