John Bissett Posted February 22, 2022 Report Share Posted February 22, 2022 When I try to open a PDF Document, I receive an error message that the file could not be opened and to contact Nitro support with error code 0x40000029 . Here are the details of my install: Product: Nitro Pro (220.127.116.113) x64 License: 504961XXXXXXXXXXXX Please provide some steps to try in order to resolve this issue.
