Garrett Chavez Posted February 22, 2022 Report Share Posted February 22, 2022 (edited) I know the admin account used to be under my nitro account, but when I try to sign into the https://admin.gonitro.com/ portal it says that I do not have the correct privilege's.. Considering I am the IT specialist for the company I am employed by, and the one who set up my users with Nitro accounts, I have no idea how I lost my admin privileges. I don't know if it switched to under to someone else's account or what but I would like to know who has admin privilege's for the company I have nitro pro enabled with (I need an email please). If someone from Nitro support could reach out to me then that would be great... I made a post more than 4 hours ago and haven't gotten a word yet... ******@wcrinc.net is my work email, and you can see my account information too.. 657-****-**** is my direct line to my office.
