Unknown who Admin Account is under?

I know the admin account used to be under my nitro account, but when I try to sign into the https://admin.gonitro.com/ portal it says that I do not have the correct privilege's.. Considering I am the IT specialist for the company I am employed by, and the one who set up my users with Nitro accounts, I have no idea how I lost my admin privileges. I don't know if it switched to under to someone else's account or what but I would like to know who has admin privilege's for the company I have nitro pro enabled with (I need an email please). If someone from Nitro support could reach out to me then that would be great... I made a post more than 4 hours ago and haven't gotten a word yet...

Also, I wasn't able to find a serial number that wasn't exed out for the last set of digits... The guides you guys provide need some updating..

I just found out today that my account is on an Essentials Plan (via the nitro sign portal online). This is probably the reason why I can't access the administrative page (admin.gonitro.com). Now I am confused on how I am able to view my billing information? How do I have this plan and who is paying for it and how am I able to manage it? Please advise as soon as you can.

Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums!

The Nitro Admin portal (https://admin.gonitro.com/) is available for customers with a Nitro Productivity Suite Team or Enterprise license. 
The license you see (Nitro Sign Essentials) when you access your Nitro Sign account is a trial license so you could evaluate its offered services. There is no billing information to view since there is no charge when trialing Nitro Sign. 

Regarding the serial number, you will see the complete numbers in the invoice receipt that you received when you purchased the license. 
Please be aware that I did not find any license purchase when I search using the email address you use here in Community Forums. 

If you purchased this license using a different email address, please provide it so we can search for a purchase record and determine the complete serial number.

A different email would be ******@wcrinc.net. He was the previous IT Support Specialist before I was given his position. If you could check that and get back to me, I would appreciate it.
