When I try to activate it on my new computer says my serial # is not valid. I tried to go through the Activating Nitro Pro | Nitro (gonitro.com). When I enter my serial # it shows... Status Active Number of Activations 0 Number of Activations Allowed 2 When i click deactivate, a box shows up, Please select devices to deactivate. Please help me activate my license. The license portal will also display the version of the serial number. If the version is 12, please ensure that you have Nitro PDF Pro 12 installed on your computer so you could successfully activate. The Nitro PDF Pro 12 installer (latest build is 12.16.9.574) can be located from the following location: https://www.gonitro.com/product-details/downloads - click the 'Download Nitro Pro 12' link. If the version is 13, click the 'Download Nitro Pro 13' link. You can check the version and build of your Nitro PDF Pro installation by going to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro. This information will help you determine which version should be installed on the computer based on the version of your license. Once the correct version is installed, you can activate by going to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate. Enter the serial number then click the Activate button.
