'Scan button' not present for 'PDF from scanner'

Recent installed 'Nitro Pro 13' (was using 'Nitro Pro 12') and then installed 'Windows 11'.

Now for the 'Home / PFD / from scanner' menu the scanner dialogue panel does not have a 'preview' or a 'scan' button' to initiate the scan.

How do I get the scan button so I can scan from scanner? Have looked thorough menus, knowledge base, and forum but do not see and related solutions.

Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums!

When you go to the Home tab > PDF > From Scanner, you will have the option to create a Scan Profile or use an existing profile (Good, High, Print Quality profiles). When you use a scan profile, it will show the Scan Profile Settings where you will select your scanner.  Once settings are confirmed, clicking the 'Save and Scan' button will call the scanner's software. This is where the scan process will begin and display a preview of the scan output.
