Upgraded but tells me the serial number "does not exist"

How do I upgrade from version 12? Won't let me download the new version, have deactivated the installed version and entered the new serial number THAT YOU JUST SENT and it tells me it does not exist

VERY ANGRY THAT YOU ARE WASTING MY TIME AND ENERGY

Our apologies for the inconvenience this issue has caused. Would you be so kind to send the new serial number that you received after the purchase? I checked our records, however, I did not find a purchase under the email address that you use here in Community Forums. 

Also, what is the version and build of Nitro PDF Pro that is currently installed on your computer? This information can be located under the Help tab > About Nitro Pro. 

Once I received these information, we will be able to troubleshoot further the issue.
