The upgrade portal at https://www.gonitro.com/support/upgrade can only upgrade old serial numbers (version 12 and older) to version 13. Please be aware that the latest version at this point is version 13. If you are upgrading an old serial number (version 12 and older), please provide the serial number so we could check its upgrade eligibility on our end.
