Could you please confirm if this is happening to all the printers you selected in Nitro PDF Pro? Also, has it occurred after updating Nitro PDF Pro 13 to the latest build? Any changes you are aware of before this happened? When the software crashes, does it generate a crash report or it just freezes and turn into not responding state? For testing purposes, please download the attached file then print it using the Nitro PDF Creator. Open the file then go to File > Print then select 'Nitro PDF Creator' as the printer. Click on Print and observe if Nitro PDF Pro will crash. If no crash issue, please open the file again then use one of your printers. Observe if it will start to crash after printing the file.
