When I open PDF files from my computer, Nitro opens the document without a problem. When I open a PDF from a Sharepoint folder, Ntiro asks to log into my Microsoft account, which I do. I am then again asked to log into the Microsoft account and when I submit the login then I get a message "Unable to open document. Authentication failed."
