Issue with the Activation Certificate

I have Nitro Pro 13. I put the key, then pasted the code on the website, copied the code once the tab showed activated, pasted it on the app, and still not working. It displays this message:  "there was an issue with the activation certificate." click back if you do it manually and re-enter the activation certificate. 

It is not working. I've tried to submit a support request or open a ticket, but there's no way to do it. I've also tried to make a question, but the topic tab shows all options in light gray color, so I'm unable to select an option.   The only way to type is obviously through someone's else question. Please, help.

Please ensure that you have the latest build of Nitro PDF Pro 13 on your computer. This information can be located under the Help tab > About Nitro Pro. The latest build for version 13 is 13.58.0.1180 and the installer can be located from the following location: 

https://www.gonitro.com/product-details/downloads - click the 'Download Nitro Pro 13' link. 

Once updated to this build, please try to activate again using your version 13 serial number. To activate, launch Nitro PDF Pro 13 then go to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate. Enter the serial number then click the Activate button.

I am having this issue with version 13.58.0.1180. "Please Contact Support" only leads to this forum. 

My license search indicates: Serial Number-xxx, Version-13, Status-Active, Number of Activations-0, Number of Activations Allowed-2.

Instructions imply that "Deactivate" will help, it doesn't.
