CLINTON LAIRD Posted February 28, 2022 Report Share Posted February 28, 2022 I recently acquired a new pc. As far as I know, I am allowed to have the same Nitro Pro V13 on two different devices. When I went to Help, it told me to deactivate Nitro from old device, download software to new device, then activate. I still need to use Nitro on old device, but have an error message from Nitro Pro Activation Assistant: "You have reached the maximum number of installations allowed for this license. Please deactivate Nitro Pro from another computer that has used this serial number, before attempting to activate again." Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
