David Spence
My system crashed last week and MS had to re-install Win10. In doing so they wiped all my apps out. I am trying to re-activate Nitro-pro 11 and when I download it and go to the About Tab is only gives me the option to Deactivate. When I try that by entering my ser. # I get a -24: Activation Error. The release I have acts sort of like a trial version. I have also gone to the support page and tried to enter my ser # and deactivate and it asks for which device I want to de-activate but it does not give any choices and says there are no activation's. Currently I have it installed on a Surface Pro and it runs just fine.
