Scott MacKinnon
I recently acquired a new laptop as my original laptop required a repair. As far as I know, I am allowed to have the same Nitro Pro V13 on two different devices. I loaded Nitro Pro V13 onto my new laptop and both machines were running well. I then sent my original laptop for repair. The repair company stated that Office required to be reload onto the machine. When I collected they also stated that all other software - including Nitro had to be removed and needed to be reloaded. I require to use Nitro on both laptops, but have an error message from Nitro Pro Activation Assistant upon reloading to my original laptop: "You have reached the maximum number of installations allowed for this license. Please deactivate Nitro Pro from another computer that has used this serial number, before attempting to activate again." Can anyone help?
Official Nitronaut Allain Umailin Posted March 1, 2022 Official Nitronaut Report Share Posted March 1, 2022 Hello @Scott MacKinnon, Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums! To further assist you, I just made an adjustment on your license, so you can now activate your copy of Nitro Pro by going to Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate, entering your serial number '50495x-xxxxxx-001620', and clicking Activate. Thank you for choosing Nitro and I hope this helps.
