Good afternoon, 

The product does not accomplish our expectations, I need to cancel the license and need a refund. 

Can some one help me please.

I do not know what to do, I have done everything

We would be happy to assist you with any Nitro issue you that you may be encountering. So that we can troubleshoot the problem, please provide me with the following:

- A detailed description of the issue you are experiencing
- The file you are working on
- What exact version of Nitro you are using. You can find this information by opening Nitro. Go to the Help tab, then click About Nitro Pro.
- Your specific step by step workflow so we can replicate this on our end
- A screen shot of what you are seeing or any error message you are receiving

Please also send me your serial numberor Order Reference number so I can check. I cannot locate it using the email address that you provided.

Good morning, 

 

I am not having any issue with the program, It not what we need.

I need to cancel my subscription and I am asking kindly if its possible to have a refund since a bought it a few days ago.
