Nitro Pro Setup Wizard has failed

Hi, I am trying to install version 12, but when I run the wizard (nitro-pro12), I get the message:  Nitro Pro Setup Wizard has failed.

How can I install it?

I found the solution from a post by a user who had the same problem.  Instead of using the .exe file from the download page, need to use the manual install image:

x32 http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_12169574/en/retail/nitro_pro12_ba_x86.msi
x64 http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_12169574/en/retail/nitro_pro12_ba_x64.msi

Hi:

I am interested in Nitro Pro for my business and would liek to do a trial, but when I try to install the software for Nitro Pro 13 I get the setup wizard has failed error. How do I get around that so I can install the software?  Thanks.

Please try to install Nitro PDF Pro 13 (latest version) using the MSI Offline installer. Here's the download link:

64bit - https://downloads.gonitro.com/professional_13.58.0.1180/en/retail/nitro_pro13_ba_x64.msi
32bit - https://downloads.gonitro.com/professional_13.58.0.1180/en/retail/nitro_pro13_ba_x86.msi 

If this is the first time you install the software on the Windows machine, it should run in trial period for 14 days after the installation.
