Can't activate NITRO Pro 13

The other day Nitro said my trial version expired.

I purchased a new license.  504928-xxxxxx-264789  My it tech informed me that we purchased Nitro on May 14, 2021  activation code 504970-xxxxxx-549594.  Some how the original version deactivated itself.  

NOW we can't get either license activated.  

NOTE: We downloaded a new install file yesterday 03/1/2022, and still no good

How do we get this fixed?

Original Order 504970-xxxxxx-549594 placed using email1@ameritech.net on 05/14/2021

New Order 504928-xxxxxx-264789 placed using email2@lmfsbs.com on 02/24/2022
