I purchased a new license. 504928-xxxxxx-264789 My it tech informed me that we purchased Nitro on May 14, 2021 activation code 504970-xxxxxx-549594. Some how the original version deactivated itself. NOW we can't get either license activated. NOTE: We downloaded a new install file yesterday 03/1/2022, and still no good How do we get this fixed?
