Transferring Nitro V9 to new computer

Hi,

I am trying to transfer V9 from old laptop to new.  Have gone through deactivation process on old laptop, which looked successful, then downloaded New Nitro (as I can't find any way to download V9 again).  When I try to activate new install, the old serial number doesn't work.  What now?

Please note that we no longer support Nitro Pro 9 and its activation servers have been shut down which is why its installers are no longer available for download. 

Additionally, our server logs, we can see you have purchased Nitro PDF Pro 13  and you were able to activate using serial number 504914-xxxxxx-290693
