Good morning,

I just noticed that I did not receive a reminder for the renewal of my VIP Access subscription, where can I renew it? Is there any special action I should take?

At this time, our product team has discontinued the Nitro VIP access program which is why you did not receive a renewal email reminder.

So I assume it is not possible to receive a discounted upgrade to a newer version if I have a perpetual license anymore?

Is that still possible or I would need to have the monthly subscription for that?

Upon the release of our next version, Nitro PDF Pro 14 (no ETA yet), all you have to do is visit our Upgrade Portal https://www.gonitro.com/support/upgrade and enter your serial number to avail our discounted rate.
