-79: Activation error

I have license for nitro pro 12, but i can´t to license the installation. When and put the license number and click activate, it show me th message: -79: Activation Error

How may i to resolve this?

Please install the latest build of Nitro PDF Pro 12 so you can successfully activate using your version 12 license. 
The Nitro PDF Pro 12 installer can be located from the following location: 

https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads - Click the 'Download Nitro Pro 12' link.  

Once Nitro PDF Pro 12 is installed, activate it using your version 12 license. 
To activate, open Nitro PDF Pro then go to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate. Enter the serial number then click the Activate button.
