Cannot deactivate/reactivate

Hello - I am trying to deactivate my account so I can re-activate it on my new computer.  When I look up the serial # to deactivate, I am being asked to "select devices to deactivate", however there is nothing for me to select. Serial number is 2346xxxxxxxxxxxxxx.

Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums!

There is no need to deactivate an activation if the license portal shows zero under 'Number of Activations'. 
To successfully activate Nitro PDF Pro on the new computer, please install the latest build of Nitro PDF Pro 12.

The Nitro PDF Pro 12 installer can be located from the following location: 
https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads - Click the 'Download Nitro Pro 12' link.  

Once Nitro PDF Pro 12 is installed, activate it using your existing license. 
To activate, open Nitro PDF Pro then go to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate. Enter the serial number then click the Activate button.
