Multiple Licenses Pro 12 + 13 Unable to log into Nitro Sign

I recently took over as the IT Specialist for a company who has 4 Nitro 12 Pro Licenses and 2 Nitro 13 Pro Licenses. The problem we are having is that due to position changes in the company the login information for Nitro Sign associated to the licenses is not available or documented. We have been able to move the licenses over to the new users on Nitro Pro for the application, but for logging the user into nitro sign we do not know the login information that the license is tied to. 

Ideally we would like to move all of our licenses to the nitro admin center so the IT department and manage licenses there, we are also looking at adding a few additional licenses but need to get this sorted fist.

 

Please advise.

Before anything else, it is worth to mention that Nitro Pro licenses are NOT in anyway tied to Nitro Sign credentials of previous program users.

Additionally, Nitro Sign is an online e-singing and document collaboration platform and everyone can sign up for a free account here: https://cloud.gonitro.com

 

In regard to the current status of your licenses,  could you please provide their serial numbers?
