Vikas Sharma Posted March 15, 2022 Report Share Posted March 15, 2022 Hi there, I have Nitro Pro 12, with a licence for 2 machines. Both licences have stopped working. I attempted to deactiveate the licences via the nitro web portal, however I am not getting anywhere. I just keep getting a pop up box saying please choose licences to deactivate. I have manually deactivated the activations on our end. We have recently upgraded our activation servers. Please install the latest Nitro Pro 12 update (12.16.9.574) so you can activate successfully: https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads Then activate with your Nitro Pro 12 serial number, I hope this helps.
