Activation Error -24

Nitro Pro encountered some issues while attempting to activate. 

Please record the error code above and then contact support via the link below:

"Tried to do that, but looks like you end support for people not on the latest version"

Anyway, I went ahead and tried to activate on a users new computer, and get this error message? Its Version 12 by the way.
