In checking your information, I can see that you have a version 13 serial number. You can simply activate the software by going to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate then entering your serial number. If the activation is redirecting you to a manual activation, please update your installation to the latest build of Nitro PDF Pro 13 (13.58.0.1180) The installer can be located here: https://www.gonitro.com/product-details/downloads - click the 'Download Nitro Pro 13' link. In that case, please ensure that their Nitro PDF Pro 12 is on the latest build which is 12.16.9.574. The installer can also be located here https://www.gonitro.com/product-details/downloads but you need to click the 'Download Nitro Pro 12' link instead. After updated, simply activate Nitro PDF Pro 12 using the workflow (Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate. Enter the serial number then click Activate). Robert Belon Posted March 21, 2022 Author Report Share Posted March 21, 2022 I have now downloaded the version 13 installer and tried to install on two PC's geographically different locations and get the same error, installer loads then during the download it stays at 0% and times out with a network error. The users can browse the Internet, print, send/receive email and do all the things they normally do, so networking is good to go. I am accessing them remotely, so i know they are on working networks. One is here in Florida and the other is in Arizona. One a corporate network, the other is a personal network. Are you having issues with your installers?
